I was following the most advanced rehab protocols available — listening to a metronome while doing the strengthening exercises and drinking collagen powder before sessions to accelerate tissue repair. I did everything the science said to do.
And my knees still hurt.
That's when I realized the problem was never my body.

Everything changed. I went from barely being able to walk without pain to pushing my body harder than ever, with zero limitations.
Pain was no longer a factor in my life.
